The PAP developed an innovative and differentiated methodology to diagnose the real situation of processes while in progress or already conceded by the INPI.
The auditing consist in a research work and analysis with technical reports verifying if all trademarks during the registration process at the INPI are correctly conducted; what is the real possibility for the trademark to be conceded; to verify if the values are in accordance with the INPI path; to verify if the amount charged are loading the trademark’s registration, introduce solutions and alterations.
Protection: To assure the assets are correctly protected in relation to the property, the use, the secret and the confidentiality.
Institutional disclosure: To show the shareholders and the public through an auditioning report and the balance that the company is ensured that it’s intellectual property is adequately protected and appraised according to the INPI rules and other institutional organizations.
Trademarks valuation: To keep accounts of a business and show the real value of it’s assets to the clients, suppliers, financial analysts and, mainly, to the shareholders and investors.
